All paid Rankomata plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund -- no questions asked.

Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first billing cycle of any new paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Agency). It covers both monthly and annual plans.

If you subscribed to an annual plan, the full annual payment will be refunded within the 30-day window. After 30 days, annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds unless required by applicable law.

The free 14-day trial does not involve a charge, so there is nothing to refund during the trial period. The 30-day guarantee window starts from the date of your first paid invoice.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will confirm your request within 1 business day.
  3. The refund will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time on monthly plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

For annual plans, if you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans after the guarantee window.

Exceptions

In cases of extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) or billing errors on our part, we will issue credits or refunds regardless of the 30-day window. Contact support and we will make it right.

Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We process all legitimate refund requests promptly, and reaching out to us first ensures a faster resolution for you.
